Orders placed before 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be dispatched next day and delivered in three to five business days. Made to Order or Out of Stock products will be delivered in four to six weeks.
Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts. In case you’re not able to receive the product on the second attempt, your subsequent delivery will be charged.
As a promotion, we’re offering free ‘Standard Shipping’ to all our customers. However, you can choose our ‘Express Shipping’ option on eligible products.
Our courier partners are unable to offer the Cash on Delivery service at this moment. You can still choose to pay via NetBanking, Wallets or by Debit or Credit Card.

If any amount has been debited during the failed transaction, it will be credited back to your bank account, Credit Card or Wallet within seven business days.
We're sorry, but we won't be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You'll need to first cancel your order - either online from your account (if you're a registered user) or by calling us (if you're a guest user). You can then place a new order with the corrected address.
Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own.
Once your order is dispatched by our store team, you will receive a tracking number along with a tracking link, sent to your registered email address. You should receive the tracking link within 48 hours of confirming your order.

Pack and seal your products and hand them over to our courier partner along with the invoice. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt.
We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card, bank account, PayPal account or wallet. If you’ve paid by cash, you can ask for a bank transfer when you call, or opt for a Credit Note.
Refund amount can be availed as Store Credit or Cash Transfer.
For Cash Transfer, 5% amount of Order value will be deducted as Admin & Handling Fees.
- If you’ve paid by Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking, PayPal or Wallets, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account, PayPal account or wallet as the case may be. Your bank or wallet may take a further 2-7 days to process your refund.
- If you’ve paid using a Credit Note, we’ll email you a fresh Credit Note for the same amount within two days of the cancellation.
Return Policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.Please send us 2 images (one of damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product to ascertain the reason for return.

Please book a return for your products in their original packaging, within 3 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
No worries. Please report the defective or damaged products to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery via email on concierge@mythoughtstore.com You must attach images of the product clearly highlighting the damage or defect.
